All Magento theme have quickstart with sample data that allows you to build a site exactly the same with our Demo site. If it does not work properly, no problem, give us detail, we will care the rest.
Bugs fix
All products are tested carefully before release but bugs sometime happen although we all hate it. Just tell us how to replicate the bug, we will get if fixed on your site and from our product also.
Upgrade to new version
We always try to make our product up to date with the latest version of Magento. We will have plan to upgrade once Magento has new version but it will take time so we need your patience.
LIMITED SUPPORT
Customization
Customization support is only available for Developer and Business membership but we only provide minor customization. For big customization, please ask for help from our Custom Work Service.
Add new features
It’s hard for us to implement all new feature requests. We will implement the features that improve our products and features that others expect. Otherwise we will point you the workflow to implement to feature.
Server and Hosting
We can help you check out the issue but fixing it is between you and your Server and hosting provider.
